Freelancer Invoice, Quote and Client Tracker
FOR: UK freelancers, contractors and sole traders who invoice clients. TAX YEARS: any (set the year in Settings; there are no tax rates inside).
Quotes, invoices, clients and time in one workbook, with invoices that print themselves.
Instant download from Etsy. One .xlsx file, no macros.

Who it's for
UK freelancers, contractors and sole traders who send a handful to a few dozen invoices a month and want quotes, invoices, clients and hours in one file instead of four. Works whether or not you are VAT registered. Also useful if you are weighing up a contract inside or outside IR35 and want a quick rule-of-thumb comparison of day rates.
Why it's different
Most invoice templates are a single blank page you retype every time, and most trackers are American. This one is built around how UK freelancers actually bill: VAT at your rate (or switched off if you are not registered), payment terms per client, due dates and overdue status worked out against a planning date you control, and a late-interest estimate at 8% over the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, quoted on the invoice itself. Quotes link to the invoices they became, and the Time Log shows you exactly what you have done but not yet billed. Every assumption lives on the Settings tab so you can change it yourself.

Does it work in Google Sheets or Apple Numbers?
It's built and tested in Microsoft Excel 2016 or later, on Windows and Mac, and also works in LibreOffice. It isn't designed for Apple Numbers, and we don't claim Google Sheets support because we haven't tested it there.
