Getting your file
Once your payment has gone through, Etsy makes the file available on your order page and in the email it sends you. It's one Excel file (.xlsx). Open it in Microsoft Excel 2016 or later, or in LibreOffice; if Excel opens it in Protected View, choose Enable Editing. Nothing physical is posted.
Updated versions
When we update this file (for example when HMRC changes a rule it uses), message us on Etsy with your order number and we'll send you the new version free. We send a dated download link through Etsy Messages against your order number; each version has its own file and link, so the copy you already have keeps working as it is.
If a file is faulty or not as described
Tell us, through Etsy messages or at hello@plainsums.co.uk, and we'll fix it or refund you.
Changing your mind
Digital downloads can't be returned or exchanged once they've been delivered, as each listing says. If you find you've bought the wrong spreadsheet for your situation, message us and we'll help where we can.
Using the file
Each purchase is for your own personal or business use. Please don't share, resell or redistribute the file.
